I'm in complete denial, though; I refuse to believe that I'm not going to get to read everything I want to.

At the same time, I keep thinking of that Thoreau quotation: "Read the best books first, or you may not have a chance to read them at all." Which reminds me that I still haven't read the book this comes from, about the trip he took with his brother: "A Week on the Concord and Merrimack Rivers".</description>
